When the Requirement Begins with a Technical Problem

Organize the Case Before the Next Sourcing Decision

Some part requests begin with more than a confirmed part number. They may involve a repeated discrepancy, previous component removal, recurring fault message, or uncertainty about the next sourcing step.

For selected cases, SkyTech can organize customer-provided information and identify sourcing considerations, documentation questions, and areas that may require further review by the customer’s authorized maintenance or engineering personnel.

  • Customer-provided discrepancy information
  • Previous removals and recurrence history
  • Part-number and supersession questions
  • Supplier and documentation considerations
  • Structured technical case summaries
Advisory limitation

SkyTech support is advisory. It does not constitute maintenance, engineering instruction, approved data, an airworthiness determination, installation approval, or return-to-service authorization.

How It Works

A Clear Path from Requirement to Response

01

Submit the Requirement

Send a part number, RFQ list, urgent requirement, or high-level technical case summary.

02

SkyTech Reviews the Request

We determine the appropriate sourcing or separately scoped advisory path.

About SkyTech

Built from the Maintenance Side of the Operation

SkyTech approaches sourcing from the perspective of aircraft maintenance and Maintenance Control, where a component request may be connected to discrepancies, operational pressure, documentation needs, previous removals, and time-sensitive decisions.

That experience supports clearer questions, better supplier communication, and more structured sourcing information for maintenance and procurement teams.

  • Commercial aircraft maintenance experience
  • Airline Maintenance Control supervision
  • AOG coordination and technical operations
  • Supplier and vendor coordination
  • Communication between maintenance and procurement

Founded by Juan F. Ramirez, an FAA-certificated Airframe and Powerplant mechanic with experience in commercial aircraft maintenance, Maintenance Control supervision, AOG coordination, and technical operations.

Maintenance Intelligence Initiative — In Development

PAFIS

SkyTech is exploring methods to organize customer-authorized maintenance histories and identify recurrence, removal patterns, ATA concentration, and tail-specific event sequences.

Development Status

In Development

PAFIS is not an approved diagnostic, engineering, airworthiness, or predictive-maintenance system. Any future review involving maintenance data would require a separately defined scope, authorization, and data-handling process.
