4. Hosting, Email, and Service Providers
The website is hosted using Hostinger infrastructure. Information may also be processed by the email and security services configured for the SkyTech domain. When necessary to evaluate a sourcing request, relevant requirement details may be shared with prospective suppliers or logistics providers. SkyTech does not sell contact information or customer maintenance data for advertising purposes.

The public form accepts limited RFQ files. Do not submit proprietary manuals, export-controlled information, personal data unrelated to the request, restricted technical records, malicious files, or information you are not authorized to provide. Detailed fleet or maintenance-intelligence datasets require a separately agreed transfer and data-handling process.
7. Data Retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, maintain quotation or transaction records, meet legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the website from abuse. Retention may vary according to the nature of the request and whether it becomes a commercial transaction.
8. Security
SkyTech uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including server-side validation, access controls, secure file naming, storage outside the public website directory, and anti-bot verification. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Your Requests
