These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of skytechavionics.com. By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

1. Website Requests Are Not Orders

A website submission is a request for review only. It is not a quotation, acceptance of a purchase order, availability confirmation, contract, or commitment to supply. No order is accepted until SkyTech provides written confirmation. Each quotation or sale is governed by the commercial terms included with the applicable quotation, invoice, or order acknowledgment.

2. Supplier Information

Condition, documentation, traceability, availability, lead time, warranty, and related information may be based on representations made by third-party suppliers. All information remains subject to verification, prior sale, and final confirmation.

3. Technical and Advisory Support

Technical sourcing support, recurring-fault review, and maintenance-intelligence discussions are advisory and separately scoped when applicable. They do not constitute maintenance, engineering instruction, approved data, an airworthiness determination, installation approval, regulatory approval, or return-to-service authorization. Authorized customer personnel remain responsible for maintenance and operational decisions.

4. Customer Authorization and Data

You represent that you are authorized to submit the information and files provided. Do not submit proprietary manuals, export-controlled information, restricted technical data, personal information unrelated to the request, malicious files, or information you are not authorized to disclose.

5. Export Controls and Sanctions

Requests and transactions may be subject to export-control, sanctions, end-user, end-use, destination, and other trade-compliance requirements. SkyTech may request additional information, decline a request, or suspend a transaction when necessary for compliance.

6. PAFIS Development Status

PAFIS is a maintenance-intelligence initiative in development. It is not an approved diagnostic, engineering, airworthiness, reliability, or predictive-maintenance system and does not guarantee the identification or prevention of failures.

7. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, design, and original materials are owned by SkyTech or used with permission. They may not be copied, distributed, or commercially reused without authorization.

8. Website Availability and Liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkyTech disclaims liability for interruptions, transmission failures, reliance on incomplete website information, or unauthorized use of submitted information. Commercial liability terms applicable to a transaction will be stated in the relevant quotation or agreement.

9. Governing Law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
